I did! Everything was always right where I left it
I can assure you that your room did not typically look like that. I would not be alive to this day if that were true. I would have had a heart attack. hahahaha If I recall you were going through stuff before heading out for college..or some event was going on that made you take a picture of your room. I remember you had some friends over. Do you recall the reason? Was it close to the time of moving out? Well, regardless…Some people love to clean and some hate to clean. I remember you liking your room MORE when it was tidy. (getting there was the chore…you were a collector.) I truly believe you have a sentimental heart. That is beautiful in you! Having things clean and organized in our homes can be a challenge, but try not to allow it to overwhelm you…just do a little bit each day, like that tape you gave me about messy people. You are a beautiful person. Give more attention to what you are good at, and gradually work on the things you might struggle with. I am good at cleaning but poor at finances…I choose to appreciate what comes easy to me, and am now working on finances which discourage me. But someday I will lick it, and feel successful in that area. ( With God’s help of course) I think we can help each other in our weak areas/ What do ya think?) I believe the cross over the door was to keep the evil spirits from spilling out of your room, into the rest of the house. Yikes!

No, the only reason I took a picture was because it had gotten pretty bad and I was getting ready to clean it. So I have before and after pictures, though the “after” pictures don’t look that much better. As Flylady says, you can’t clean clutter. So true. I’ve eliminated a lot of clutter in my house over the years and it really does make things easier. I don’t have to clean nearly as often
